Clean Slow-Cooker Tenderloin
I have to admit that I'm not typically a fan of pork, but I decided to modify a recipe that I found for a slow-cooker pork tenderloin since my husband picked up an antibiotic-free pork tenderloin. Typically, I have found pork to be dry...plus, my main choice of meat protein is chicken, turkey, and fish. However, I was amazed at how tasty the pork was...and it wasn't all dried out. So, if you're like me and tend to stick with poultry and fish but you want to switch things up a bit, this slow-cooker pork tenderloin recipe is a nice clean choice. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family did! :-)
Note: I used mainly organic ingredients and I prefer organic, grade B maple syrup.
