Stir-Fried Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 tsp. sesame oil
- 3 medium carrot, cut into thin diagonal slices
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, halved lengthwise, sliced
- 1 Tbsp. Bragg Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos
Directions
- Heat coconut and sesame oils in wok/large skillet over medium-high heat. Add carrots; cook, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli; cook, stirring frequently, for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add bell pepper and zucchini, cook another 2 to 3 minutes, or until tender-crisp.
- Turn off heat and add Aminos and mix well.
