Asian Stir Fry
Asian Stir-Fry
Ingredients:

2-3 tbsp. coconut oil
-
4-6 cloves garlic, chopped
-
2 medium carrot, cut into thin diagonal slices

2 cups broccoli florets
-
1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into squares

2-3 small head bok choy, chopped into bite size chunks

1 tbsp. sesame oil
-
Bragg Liquid Aminos or Coconut Aminos, to taste
Directions:

Heat coconut oil in wok/large skillet over high heat.

Add garlic and carrots and cook for about a minute (stirring constantly).

Add broccoli and continue cooking for another 4-5 minutes.

Add bell pepper and bok choy.

Reduce heat to medium.

Cook 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp.

Turn off heat.

Add sesame oil and Aminos and mix well.
